- 03 Reminder emails will land at 20 hours before and 1 hour before the live class. Each one has the Zoom link right at the top โ just click and come in.
- 04 The morning after, you'll get a note from us. Your replay will be uploaded to your Sacred We library within 48 hours of the event. Lifetime access. Return as many times as you need.

If your partner is with you, bring them. Same screen, side by side, in the same room. The somatic practice in the second half is designed for the two of you to do together.
If your partner isn't with you, come anyway. The work lands wherever you are โ and you'll bring it home.
Either way: turn your phone face down. Make something warm to drink. Sit somewhere you won't be interrupted for ninety minutes. Arrive with the willingness to be moved.
