EffectiveĀ immediately upon checkout completion
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Together Community Annual Membership ("Annual Membership") offered by Mike & Courtney | Sacred Relating ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing the Annual Membership, you ("you", "your", "Member") agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Membership Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Together Community for a 12-month term, beginning on the date of purchase. Access includes all content, live calls, community spaces, and other membership features as outlined at the time of registration.
2. Payment Terms
All payments for the annual membership are due in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or offerings at any time, but any changes will not affect your current term.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this offering and the energetic commitment that is entered into upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for the Together Community Annual Membership, including in the event of early cancellation or non-participation.
We trust that you are joining with full devotion and readiness to engage with the container in whatever way is aligned for you.
4. Community Guidelines
All members are expected to participate in a respectful, kind, and conscious manner. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community agreements, exhibits harmful behaviour, or disrupts the space in any way, without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content shared within the Together Community—including videos, audio recordings, written content, practices, and community materials—is the intellectual property of Mike & Courtney and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed outside the community.
6. Confidentiality
We ask all members to honour the sacredness of the space by maintaining confidentiality. What is shared in the community stays in the community. We are not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other members.
7. Not Therapy or Medical Advice
Participation in the Together Community is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical advice. While the space may be healing, it is not a regulated health service. If you require professional psychological support, we encourage you to seek services from a licensed provider.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Membership without notice if these Terms are violated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Canadian law.
