Together Community – Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective immediately upon checkout completion.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Together Community Monthly Membership ("Membership") offered by Mike & Courtney | Sacred Relating ("we", "our", or "us"). By enrolling in the Monthly Membership, you ("you", "your", "Member") agree to the following:
1. Membership Access
Upon registration, you will receive access to the Together Community for as long as your monthly membership remains active. Your membership includes all currently offered features such as live calls, community content, rituals, and practices.
2. Payment & Renewal
Your membership fee will be billed monthly on the same calendar date as your original purchase (e.g., if you joined on the 10th, you’ll be charged on the 10th of each following month).
Your membership will automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to your next billing date.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel before your upcoming billing date. Upon cancellation, your access to the Together Community will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for monthly membership fees once a payment has been processed.
All sales are final. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until your billing cycle ends, but no refunds will be issued for the partial month.
5. Community Guidelines
All members are expected to engage with kindness, respect, and conscious awareness. Any behavior that violates the sacredness or safety of the space may result in removal without refund.
6. Confidentiality & Integrity
What is shared in the Together Community is to remain within the container. We expect all members to honor the privacy, vulnerability, and sacred nature of this space.
7. Intellectual Property
All content shared in the Together Community (videos, writings, teachings, practices, etc.) is the intellectual property of Mike & Courtney and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed outside the membership.
8. This Is Not Therapy
While the Together Community may feel deeply healing, it is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical support. If you are in crisis or need therapeutic support, we recommend seeking a licensed professional.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Canadian law.
